Visitors to the Rogue are taken by this river’s magnificent charm. Experience the exhilaration of whitewater rafting along with the relaxing pace that only a river trip can provide. As one of the country’s original Wild & Scenic Rivers, the Rogue flows through a secluded canyon in the coastal mountains of southern Oregon.
We begin our adventure in the riverside town of Galice. Along with our team of professional guides we’ll enjoy the superb scenery, crystal clear side-canyon waterfalls, ideal campsites and variety of wildlife and birds. The narrow confines of the lower Rogue canyons create some of the best whitewater in the west. Never fierce, the Rogue is always fun. One night of our journey down the Rogue will be spent at a riverside lodge.
This is a perfect trip for beginners and experienced paddlers must consider adding it to their repertoire of rivers run.
You can enjoy the river both in a raft or by hiking along the trail which parallels the Rogue for almost all of our route. Discover the Rogue’s mysterious charm, lush surrounding, quiet star-filled nights and the pleasure of setting your internal clock to ‘river time’.
