Debbie Jacobsthe
founder of Explorations in Travel has been involved with
organizing and leading women's travel adventures for 20
years. She has worked internationally as a mountain and
whitewater raft guide, been an instructor for the Outdoor
Leadership Program, taught first aid and CPR, is a certified
SCUBA diver, storyteller and dog lover. Debbie is currently
volunteering as the volunteer coordinator at her local humane
society.
Pauline (Peachy)
Healeyhas been leading women's travel vacations
for well over a decade. After raising eight children, Pauline
had organizational and management skills (not to mention
a great sense of humor) worthy of any corporate executive.
If you haven't been on a trip yet with her you're in for
a treat!
Becca Brownis
currently teaching high school science in Atlanta. We met
her when she was working as a raft guide in western Massachusetts.
Originally from the South, travelers with Becca experience true southern hospitality. She's our southern connection for those great adventures
folks can't get enough of.
Rebecca Martinhas spent the past 15 years leading and developing adventures in the American Southwest. Her friendships include many people in the Navajo and Hopi communities and she is thrilled when she can share her love of the cultures and environments of the southwest with travelers. You can usually find Rebecca rafting, hiking or working on plans for building her dream house.
